Affiliate programme terms

These terms govern the Agraff affiliate programme, offered by LECOCON. By activating your affiliate space, you accept them.

1. Who can take part

Any adult or company, Agraff customer or not (consultant, coach, content creator, etc.). Sign-up is free and carries no commitment. LECOCON may refuse or suspend an affiliate, in particular if these terms are not respected.

2. Commission

You earn 30% of the pre-tax amount of each payment made by a person you recommended, for their first 12 months from their first payment. Example: on the €25 excl. VAT monthly subscription, the commission is €7.50 a month per customer, or €90 over 12 months; for the yearly subscription at €250 excl. VAT, the commission is €75, paid once, on the first payment, the yearly renewal falling after the 12 months. The pre-tax amount is after discounts and excluding taxes, as collected. No commission is due on a payment that is refunded, disputed or unpaid, nor after the 12 months.

3. Crediting a recommendation

Your link looks like getagraff.com/r/your-code. The code is remembered in the person's browser for 60 days after the click; if they then click another affiliate's link, the last link clicked counts. The recommendation is attached when the account is created or at payment. It only applies to new customers: a person who already subscribes cannot be attached. Each customer is attached to one affiliate only.

4. Availability and payment

A commission becomes available 30 days after the customer's payment. It is cancelled (in full, or pro rata for a partial refund) if the payment is refunded or disputed. Available commissions are paid once a month, by bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal, once their total reaches €50; below that they roll over to the next month. You must enter accurate payout details in your space. Payouts are never automatic: LECOCON makes them manually.

5. What is not allowed

  • Self-referral: recommending your own account, your company's, or that of a household member, or using the same email address, payment customer or bank card as the affiliate. Such commissions are refused.
  • Spam: unsolicited messages, mass sending, repeated posts where they are prohibited.
  • Paid advertising on the “Agraff” brand: bidding on “Agraff” or its variants, look-alike domain names or accounts, fake reviews.
  • Any misleading presentation: posing as Agraff or LECOCON, promising results or features that do not exist.

In case of breach, LECOCON may cancel the related commissions and suspend or close the affiliate space.

6. Taxes and reporting

You alone are responsible for declaring and paying the taxes and contributions on your commissions. If you act through a company or as a self-employed professional, you send us an invoice for your commissions (with VAT where applicable); as an individual, you declare this income in accordance with the rules that apply to you. LECOCON may make a payout conditional on receiving an invoice or identification details.

7. Personal data

An affiliate never sees the identity of the people they recommend: only counters and amounts. Your payout details are encrypted. Details are in the privacy policy.

8. Changes and end of the programme

You can leave the programme at any time. LECOCON may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice to affiliates; commissions already earned and valid remain due. Agraff's general terms are on the Terms page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
