1. Purpose and definitions

These terms govern access to and use of the Agraff service, published by LECOCON (SARL, SIREN 890 296 197, 23 rue d'Anjou, 75008 Paris, France), available at getagraff.com. They constitute both the terms of use and the terms of sale.

  • Service: the Agraff connector and the customer area “My account”.
  • User or you: the person who creates an Agraff account.
  • MCP: the open protocol (Model Context Protocol) that lets an AI connect to external tools.
  • MCP-compatible AI: any artificial intelligence application that accepts MCP connectors, for example Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral Le Chat, Cursor, or any other.
  • Personal address: the secret web address that links your AI to your Agraff account.

Creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms. The service is intended for people acting in a professional capacity; by creating an account, you declare that you are acting for professional purposes and have the capacity to enter into a contract.

2. Description of the service

Agraff connects your own LinkedIn account to your AI, at your request. Depending on the settings you choose, the AI can in particular read your messages, search for people, view profiles, prepare drafts and, if you have allowed it, send messages and invitations, publish or comment, and use recruiting tools (job offers, applications).

The service works with all MCP-compatible AIs: Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral Le Chat, Cursor and any other compatible AI. The availability of MCP connectors depends on each AI and on the plan you hold with its publisher. LECOCON does not control these AIs and is not responsible for how they work, their answers or their terms.

The technical connection to LinkedIn is provided by a service provider, Unipile (France). The connection is made on that provider's secure page; LECOCON does not receive your LinkedIn password.

Agraff is an independent service, not affiliated with LinkedIn.

3. Account and access

Access is by a login link sent to the email address you provide. You must provide a valid address that you alone use and keep access to your mailbox. An account is personal and may not be shared or resold.

Your personal address gives access to your LinkedIn through your AI: keep it secret. If you think it has been disclosed, regenerate it from your account; the old one then stops working. You are responsible for actions carried out with your personal address.

4. Your responsibility, in particular towards LinkedIn

You remain solely responsible for how you use your LinkedIn account and your AI, including the content, messages, invitations, posts and comments sent on your behalf by the AI you have connected to Agraff.

You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's limits and rules (terms of use, acceptable use policy, invitation and message limits). Agraff imposes no cap by default and does not bypass any LinkedIn limit. LinkedIn may restrict or suspend an account, in particular in case of use it considers automated or excessive. LECOCON does not guarantee that LinkedIn tolerates your use of the service and is not responsible for measures LinkedIn takes against your account. We recommend moderate use and using the personal caps described below.

You also undertake to comply with applicable laws (personal data law, commercial prospecting, image rights, intellectual property) for the messages and content you send and for the people you contact.

5. Write settings and caps

At sign-up, all write features are enabled. You can turn them off at any time from “My options”: the AI can then read and prepare drafts, but no longer sends or publishes anything. You can also set your own caps, by action type and per day or per week, as well as a daily total. These caps are optional and belong to you: LECOCON imposes none and does not guarantee that they are enough to comply with LinkedIn's rules.

A log of the latest write actions is available in your account.

6. Price and payment

Subscription. The service is offered, at the customer's choice, at €25 excluding tax per month, i.e. €30 including tax, or €250 excluding tax per year, i.e. €300 including tax (French VAT of 20%), which is the equivalent of two months free for the yearly plan. A business customer established in the European Union with a valid intra-EU VAT number may, where the payment provider allows it, be invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; otherwise the corresponding price including tax (€30 per month or €300 per year) applies. The subscription, monthly or yearly depending on the plan chosen, is payable in advance by bank card or another method offered at checkout. Access to the service, including connecting your LinkedIn account and the address for your AI, opens as soon as the first payment is confirmed. One subscription gives access to the service for a single LinkedIn account connected at a time; you can switch LinkedIn account by writing to contact@getagraff.com, the old account then being disconnected before the new one is connected.

Payment is processed by our provider Stripe. Invoices are made available electronically. The price may change; any change will be notified to you at least 30 days before it applies and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payment. If a payment fails or is rejected, there is no grace period: access to your connector is suspended immediately and restored as soon as the payment is settled.

7. Term and cancellation

The subscription is for an indefinite term, with no commitment, and renews every month. You can cancel at any time from “Manage my subscription” in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, which you can use until its end. Months already started are not refunded, unless required by law.

The yearly subscription is for an indefinite term and renews every year on its anniversary date. You can cancel at any time from “Manage my subscription” in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current yearly period, which is already paid and which you can use until its end. The year already started is not refunded, unless required by law.

You can delete your account at any time from your account: your account, settings, activity log and the link to your LinkedIn are then erased. If a subscription is active, it is stopped.

LECOCON may suspend or terminate an account, without notice, in case of breach of these terms, abusive or unlawful use, or a threat to the security of the service.

The 14-day right of withdrawal provided by the French Consumer Code does not apply to users acting in a professional capacity. If you act as a consumer, you benefit from this right; by requesting immediate access to the service, you acknowledge that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period and agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

8. Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to use the service to: send mass unsolicited messages, harassment, or content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringes third-party rights; impersonate a person; collect data on a massive scale or in breach of LinkedIn's rules; undermine the security, availability or integrity of the service; resell or share access to the service.

9. Availability and changes to the service

LECOCON uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without any commitment to permanent availability. The service depends on third parties (LinkedIn, Unipile, hosting providers, AI publishers) who may change, limit or interrupt their services. The service may evolve, in particular to adapt to these changes; in case of a substantial adverse change, you may cancel.

10. LECOCON's liability

The service is provided “as is”. LECOCON has an obligation of means. LECOCON cannot be held liable for: the content produced by your AI or the decisions you make based on it; account restrictions or suspensions decided by LinkedIn; interruptions caused by third parties; disclosure of your personal address or credentials caused by you.

To the extent permitted by law, and except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, LECOCON's total liability under the service is limited to the amounts you actually paid during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. LECOCON is not liable for indirect damages (loss of customers, revenue, opportunities, reputation).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Personal data

LECOCON processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, as described in the privacy policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution; you can write to contact@getagraff.com. Failing that, the courts of Paris have sole jurisdiction, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. If you act as a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose details are provided on simple request.

LECOCON may amend these terms; the applicable version is the one published on this page on the date of your use. Significant changes will be notified to you by email.
